WE ARE TALKING ABOUT A HUMAN LIFE HERE.
The facts as given in the news were:
-The patient could have been saved.
-There was not a DNR in effect.
-The operator desperately tried to get the nurse to do anything to save the patient, even finding a bystander willing to perform CPR. The nurse flat out refused.
