its actually not so klor. because nowadays people are nearly or all gilgulim, which gilgul do you come back as?
Not everyone is a gilgul. It is said that anyone who is born on Shabbos or Yom Tov is a brand-new neshama. My brother & I were both born on Shabbos & my sister was born on Shavuos so i guess neither of us are gilgulim.
