i get SO NERVOUS! My heart beats so fast, i shake, my voice is shakey like i am out of breath! but i also get nervous if i get called to the Torah, or if ppl introduce themselves in a circle and then its my turn, or in a meeting, or sheva brachos when im asked to speak..anytime im in these positions! but its only when im put on the spot. When i volunteer to speak without being formally called on, i dont really get nervous..
its so distressing! anyone have any tips! it seems impossible to avoid these types of situations!
