I think there are 2 Benefits to Smoking marijuana,
1) marijuana helps against Glaucoma
2) People on Chemo have a tough time eating and keeping food down. They lose their appetite and throw up alot. its called wasting away. marijuana helps fight this urge and helps those patients eat
