Without a takanah, would it be muttar to eat a candy where (1) the next one contains cyanide and (2) ten percent of people couldn’t resist the 2nd cyanide laced candy – even though they thought they would withstand the temptation? Or would that be considered a <chshash sakana> and be assur?
