Yes, there is evidence – namely his (Zim’s) injuries. And although anything is possible -99.9% those injuries are Not self-inflicted.
The case against him is basically hearsay. Because even if Martin did scream whatever they claim he did or whatever they claim he told the girl on the phone doesn’t mean this was actually happening -for all you know Martin was playing it up to anybody listening. So IMHO the only direct evidence is from Zim, but the trial isn’t over yet.
