HaLeivi: I do not have the time to go over the whiole sugyah but I did some learning last night and it is pretty clear that the mjority of POskim and meforshim do not think that the “shlosh shevuos’ are applicable and ,in any case, the fact that the UN gave the grren light for a state takes away the oen shevuoh (Lo taalu bechomo) that might make a difference.
