Snuck back in (tho I resolved not til after Sukkos) to set the record straight.The mesivta/bais medrash several of my boys attend have strongly enforced No Smoking from the very beginning. If you are caught with a cigarette you are literally suspended. And you don’t come back “like it’s nothing”,either!
