for me i have the biggest problem with the homemade things because there are no nutrition facts so i can’t be sure how many carbs there are there so i have to estimate. when i eat a piece of cake or a cookie that has a label it always is “easier” to give insulin. my mother makes everything with splenda for me. and lucky for me i dont like “real sugar” as allsg8 put it because then it’s one less thing i’m tempted to eat!
