cofeefan- if you really wanna have an easier time with homemade stuff you can calculate the amount of carbs in the recipe and then divide it by the serving size that your eating. Its easy once you get the hang of it! Also, i often find that the nutrition facts are not correct for many some store bought items which doesnt make any sense to me..like if ill give myself insulin according to the carbs listed ill be really high after i eat the food!!!??? Any one else have that problem?
