Merkaz: the boys dont have to wear black and white during the week but wear black hats for davening.. on shabbos they all look like regular chilled out bochurim. they have very warm rabbeim and really teach the boys how to learn. they give the boys a cheshek to learn and show them an appreciation for torah. they know their clientele and relate well. they really care. its located in talpiyot away from all the business and distractions so if someone is looking to party they really have to go and do it, it wont be all around u.
