DaMoshe, we have friends with expansion sets, so we have played Munchkin Cthulhu and Munchkin Xmas editions. It does get interesting because there are a few monsters– I don’t remember all of them, but I think one was a baby Cthulhu– that I think are really really cute, and I’ll do whatever I can to keep players from killing them, even if it’s not endgame. Not the best strategy, I know, but it makes the game fun anyway. In general, I think the Xmas expansion is better than the Cthulhu expansion.
