I saw that Lubabicher story, for 80%-90% of the people living alone, it would work, They will be disapointed, but they will manage and survive. Its the 10-20% of the people who cannot manage that I am concerned about. For example there are people with Aids who had planned to spend the Yom tov with their families, they have the aid for a reason.
I am sure you know people too who are more on the edges of society that barely manage in normal times. Focus on these people, not the 60 something divorcee, who lives alone, Is fairly healthy, who had planned to spend Peseach with their children and grandchildren, Is disappointed they cannot, and has to spend the seder alone. They will survive and manage.
