Moshe called out b’shem, and what he called out was “?*??!!” He didn’t call out “bshem hashem”.
So the way it is read is with a comma after b’shem. If you are leining, the comma is me’akev.
If your chazan were a baal koreh, you’d know this.
Can you please us give us the context?
It’s plain. When saying the shlosh esrie midos one shoud say:
‘?????? ??? ??, ????? ???, ?. So goes the trop. As mefarshim say, he call out the name, and said “HaShem”. Similar to ??? ????? ???, ?????.
LF: If you are answering my question about context, look at the last line from the OP. It looks like he/she is responding to someone’s question.
