Did you see it?
Here are some fun facts:
Earlier today, palindrome lovers rejoiced in the fact that at 1:21:02 am, they celebrated the second which marks a date-time combination which will be read the same both backwards and forwards. 2012-12-12 1:21:02 = 201212-1-212102.
Number crunchers have a profound respect for the number 12, mainly because of its divisibility capabilities. After all, it can divided into halves, thirds, fourths, sixths, and twelfths.
December 12, 2012 is exactly 6 years, 6 months, 6 days from June 6, 2006, or 06/06/06.
December 12, 2012 7:02 pm at 7:02 pm #912958WolfishMusingsParticipantlast sequential date
12/12/12 is repeating, not sequential. 11/12/13 14:15:16.17… may be the next sequential date.

Please note, I called them “the 12 prophets”, and not “the 12 minor prophets”. Each book may be short, but these were 12 unbelievable major people, and absolutely not minor in any way nor manner. It is a Bizoyon to even contemplate utilizing an appellation of “minor”.
Not so long ago, we were analyzing 12 births of 12 tribes.
December 12, 2012 7:40 pm at 7:40 pm #912960TheGoqParticipantWere they called miner prophets cause they spent so much time in caves?
December 12, 2012 7:44 pm at 7:44 pm #912961oomisParticipantI actually have thought about this (though ti is a secular date). There will never again in this millenium be such a date.

I think the term “minor” is in reference to the length of their books, not their personal stature.
How about instead of “minor prophets” we use “minor prophetic books?”

December 13, 2012 2:29 am at 2:29 am #912968147Participantthere not having this thing again
I am having this again on September 8, 2040, when I am having 01/01/01 on Rosh haShono 5801.

12/12/12 was my birthday. 🙂

That was my point. There will be nine more times in this millenium when the (2-digit-year) date will be 12/12/12.
