    I think the idea is to rhyme them or start with the same sounds.

    That narrows the list down a bit.

    Also, since order is not relevent, wouldn’t it be 187,578?

    I guess so. I didn’t take that into account. I simply did (613^2)-613.

    Yashon and Lashon. As it says L’yos hachufshi b’artzanu (State of Israel national anthem) that patirs having to do any mitzvos in the State of Israel. Those two mitzvos above patirs all other mitvos in huz l’artz.
