I am anxious to hear what people feel about the state of chinuch in our times. Are we pleased, thrilled, disappointed, frustrated, hopeful, etc.???

While the best students do well and Chinuch works great, for anyone average or CH’V less than average or at the bottom, they want nothing to do with them.
Anyone can make a good student into a Talmid Chacham. Good Chinuch turns a TERRIBLE student into a a Tzadik.
Rav Shlomo Freifeld went to Rav Hutner and asked for the 12 WORST learners in the yeshiva. And he made them into the leaders of today.

I’ve known some mechanchos who were terrible role models and teachers.
Then again, there were many treasured lessons and inspiring teachers who helped mold who I am today.
Remember: No system is perfect, and there’s always room for correction.

These great teachers give over great personal ineraction tools, how to solve major and minor issues.. PRICELESS!!
