Today someone who was against my divorce randomly sent me a slew of extremely abusive messages, including sending me a link to a mental illness website as the final email!
The injustice of such unprovoked hurt sent me reeling.
I did not respond, however, because it’s useless: no logic there,just hate for me.
So my thought here is : NEVER LET ABUSIVE PEOPLE DETERMINE YOUR VALUE, OR ALLEGED VALUELESSNESS!!!
Definitely. Now we need a discussion about what that means? Taking better care of our spouse and family? A better relationship with G-d? More quality time with our parents?

Yes, eclipse. Your comment wasn’t up yet when I posted. BTW, you have my sympathies. And unfortunately, we view ourselves by how others view us. Make sure to surround yourself with friends who appreciate your value.
