Does anyone know the difference between the two organizations A T.I.M.E. and Bonei Olam?
    Do we really need both?

They both help couples having fertility issues.

Bonei Olam provides funding, while A T.I.M.E. provides many types of support services such as referrals and emotional support.

They both are excellent organizations which provide important, yet not redundant, services to our community.

Daas Yochid summed it up well. To expand, ATIME helps couples navigate and understand their medical options, and the halachic issues that may come up, they have Rabbanim for the latter, and for the former, affiliated doctors who give lectures and answer questions on online forums. They provide emotional support for those experiencing infertility, undergoing difficult treatment, experiencing pregnancy loss through online forums, seminars, literature, shabbatons, etc. They can help with insurance coverage issues.

I agree with DY. They do not overlap. A TIME provides referrals, emotional support, they arrange social support, e.g. Shabbatons in the US, UK and Israel, shiurim, public and private and much much more. Bonei Olam in my experience provide funding for treatment and hashgocho for the treatment where necessary.
