Basically I rode a taxt yesterday and the driver yelled at me about using a credit card. I am a regular customer at this company, and the people I tried complaining to refused to hear me out so there is only one other taxi service in the area and they are more expensive, but its ridiculous.

Yeah, that was inconsiderate of him. I suppose you shouldn’t boycott the entire taxi service because of one bad apple, but if you run into that driver again, I know I would refuse to ride with him.
