Anyone know anything about them?
anyone/doctors/nurses etc reccomend them or BAN them?
Is it one big scam?
From what I have read, it is not a scam, but – it is not a miracle berry either. It IS high in anti-oxidants and does have other nutritional things going for it, BUT will not, by itself, make you drop 20 pounds of weight or become super healthy.
Bottom line… A good supplement to your diet, but not a panacea.
You might lose weight but endanger your health you have to decide what’s more important
the acai snapple tastes good…
I second AinOhMilvado’s post. Like a lot of us, I read up on and purchase these kinds of items.
They’re kosher?
bekitzur…
They are berries. Unless there is a bug infestation issue, fresh berries, like all fruits and vegetables, are kosher.
“they are berries”
there are many preparations made from the berries.
I think that is what the question referred to.
“its not a scam”
what’s not a scam? claims of quick painless weight loss by taking acai are a scam.
