I am an accountant, College Degree, good accounting experience, in the market for a good job.
Frum companies either dont employ women for key positions – i.e accountants (only secretaries, reception etc)
Or, when they read my resume, they say they cant offer me my market value (would be willing to hire someone for 35k or so).
So I would love to practice my profession and contribute, and I have great skills and enthusiasm. a true professional. however opportunities seem very limited. would love to join nursing homes controllership/ RE management etc.
Suggestions?
PS Some orgs ask for a resume, I am unsure if sending a resume to a recruiter without a specific position is mind is a good idea – would like to target the right opportunity.
