Would Toras Moshe for one seder a day be an option? Also, I would check out TTI or AHS for college options- I think TTI is about 8000 dollars to complete the whole thing, maybe that could help you with the loan. There are a lot of Jewish tests(eg- chumash, shmiras haloshon, gemara, etc.) that you should know already. Good luck!
