Why are there no playgrounds for adults?

    They are called amusement parks.

    They are called retirement villages

Those are for children too. I want a swing set, a slide, a seesaw, monkey bars, and a climbing wall in the park, full-sized.

Then why should adults pay an entrance fee to an amusement park while kids get in free at playgrounds (and then the adults pay taxes to fund their maintenance)?

Playgrounds, unlike amusement parks, are places where people can have fun and get exercise without using electricity or other artificial forms of energy.

Playgrounds are free to make up for the lack of climbable trees in the area

The trees are climbable. There is a rule against climbing them.

Get a job with Google. They have some very interesting perks (like playgrounds for kids AND adults! and other cool stuff!)

@SIDI – There’s apparently a large tube slide in one of LEGO’s offices. Saw a video some years back of one of their employees launching Cars models down it. 😀
