Ami's coverage of the Lev Tahor group

I think Ami was well-balanced and well-researched. I actually think the Mishpacha article (about a week earlier) on the group was very slanted and based entirely on secular media reports (hardly reliable) and popular biases. Ami presented a fair look at the group, traveled there and spoke directly to them and others involved including a direct interview with the anti-Semitic head of the Quebec child protection who made pathetic statements that clearly demonstrated his dislike of religion in general and especially of Orthodoxy. This is a large problem with the French speaking Quebec government. They recently tried to ban government employees from wearing yarmulkas.
