A few days ago, I started a thread attacking a user here on the CR – rebdoniel. The thread was up for a while before it was ultimately deleted.
After thinking about it over Shabbos, I realized that my attacks were overly harsh. While I still disagree strongly with him on most things, it doesn’t give me the right to post things which were extremely hurtful.
I offer my apologies to rebdoniel, and I ask for forgiveness.
I happened to agree with him. (and I don’t think he took anything to heart)- it just shows thath the Chareidi community can be overzealouz about their views.
I appreciate it DaMoshe. I am mochel you. Instead of knocking heads together, we need to come and reason together. Mahloket le shem shamayim is one of the most beautiful aspects of the rabbinic tradition to me, and I definitely appreciate your apology. Thank you.
