We should take note: kids who are bullied in school, verbally or physically, carry intense pain that may later become anger and ultimately revenge.

It’s the feeling of social rejection that turns them that way. I once heard a lecture that the instigators that cause these ramifications no matter how well to do they are in their yoddishkoet or how well they are raising their kids etc… They hold the responsibility of these other ones that went astray r”l.
Every generation tells their kids how much they regret bullying their classmates and how they wish they didn’t do it etc… You’d think it would help. No it doesn’t. The Reason is the parents themselves never did tshuva. They never eradicated the avairos they caused from their midst so it inevitably goes down to the children then they wonder why their children are such nasty cruel creatures… No wonder.. I was always nice:)

The Menahel, Rabbaim, teachers all see bullying going on, they should not excuse it to themselves by blaming the victim (he’s “over-sensitive”, etc.) or saying it’s just normal for boys to act this way. The staff is responsible.
