i was born in USA and my parents are israeli and have been living in USA as US citizens for the past 30 years , that makes me have an israeli citizenship im 19 and im currently in yeshiva in Eretz Yisroel i cant get a visa since im an israeli citizen and i want to avoid going to the army since im an american citizen that came to study anybody know away i can avoid army draft ?
I think you can learn there once for a year, and then for like 3 months out of every year. I dunno if you need to renounce your israeli citizenship to do this

What can the American Embassy do regarding an internal Israeli matter regarding an Israeli citizen currently in Israel?
He is a dual citizen. It can’t hurt and he’ll get better advice there than he will here.
