August 11, 2014 8:03 pm at 8:03 pm #1027077TheGoqParticipantWhy would someone in Lakewood purchase full price tickets from Six Flags and then sell them at a lower price. I certainly hope there are no shenanigans here whereby someone purchased some season passes and resells those for day(s) at a time for a profit i know this cannot be the case because heilege frum yidden would never try to profit from such a scam.
August 11, 2014 8:17 pm at 8:17 pm #1027078YITZCHOK2ParticipantSafari closed down for theme park call ncsy .
August 11, 2014 8:22 pm at 8:22 pm #1027079Miriam377ParticipantTry NCSY
August 11, 2014 8:40 pm at 8:40 pm #1027080nishtdayngesheftParticipantGoq,
The question is why you would make such a disparaging assumption. Particularly when it is easy to verify that is not the case.
August 11, 2014 9:05 pm at 9:05 pm #1027081👑RebYidd23ParticipantIs there even such a thing as a safari ticket?
August 12, 2014 2:11 am at 2:11 am #1027082TheGoqParticipantYou are right nisht it was disparaging, but you also know it is true that there are yidden who will try to make a buck in ways that are not completely honest.
August 12, 2014 2:43 am at 2:43 am #1027083nishtdayngesheftParticipantGoq,
As there are all sorts of people of all stripes. The question is why you had to assume that this was something dishonest, specifically because they are frum people. Would you think that is an appropriate assumption to make? Can, or should, we make the same assumption of you? Would that be fair or appropriate?
August 12, 2014 5:13 am at 5:13 am #1027084writersoulParticipantThere are no longer safari tickets. The safari is inside the theme park.
Just saying, for the long term, a great idea is to go with NCSY on Sukkos and then to upgrade for a minimal amount to season tickets for the next year. My family (along with many, many other frum families) did this and it’s one of the smartest things we ever did.
August 12, 2014 10:50 am at 10:50 am #1027085TheGoqParticipantNisht you are right and i feel bad that i feel this way.

It takes great “gevurah” to back down or admit an error, certainly on an anonymous forum.
