Hi. I am G-d Willing going to moving to Brooklyn this January from Arizona. Does anyone know where I could find an apartment to rent and a job? I am looking to move the Flatbush/Boro Park area, as I will G-d Willing going to Machon. Great. Thanks everyone!

November 15, 2015 6:41 am at 6:41 am #1111847MammeleParticipantGoq: Bed-stuy is pretty up and coming. So while it may vary by block etc. I wouldn’t consider it cheaper than BP or Flatbush – it may very well be more expensive and not the area the OP is interested in.

You do not get space anywhere in NYC unless you have ALOT of money.
and Bed Stuy is up and coming, It has alot of Brownstones there which people want and was cheaper than Brooklyn Heights or Prospect park and therefore is becoming gentrified (Meaning Afican Americans are pushed out and whites move in)
