I’m noticing a nasty attitude with people who own armaments
    They have no shame
They think they are above morality.they think they can throw you out without caring about you
I didn’t know just because you have money or your some alpha gangster in the grand scheme of life itself
    That your exempt from morlity
You remember that book called the book of G-d
In there G-d writes the laws of realty called morality
Anytime you bypass all those lovely laws you throw arrows not just at the person your harming but mostly at yourself
Remember that sentence when it says the earth spit them out
Every action has a reaction and retribution is coming for you
    Watch and learn

Also for record every single landlord should be scrutinized as to why the last person was thrown out. We’re they thrown out under proper means. We’re they payed back properly. Is the new tenant essentially replacing someone who’s been thrown out unfairly. I think a new level of accountability needs to be a thing.

Do you think they want to kick out and evicted their tenants? Do you think they want to have to raise the monthly rent? Etc .. but when property taxes are raised then they have to raise the rent. When someone is not paying their monthly rental due then he is becoming a thief and these landlords don’t want to work with people who can’t pay their rent and would rather become homeless C”V for their entire family.

    Think about it.
If they could avoid it these landlords would love to avoid doing these sad things

People who live in other people’s houses/apartments think they are above morality. They don’t have to pay to live in someone’s house. Gimme ur house and don’t ask for payment!!

Not paying rent is STEALING and NOT moral. At all. Sorry.
Move to north Korea or Cuba. Everyone is equal there. No one has anything.

Happy new year. Let’s repeat so you understand what I said. If you throw someone out under circumstances that are unjust that’s called being evil. Ok? And everyone knows that the power dynamics in apartment renting is imbalanced. The landlord has all the control the renter has no say whatsoever. So absolute control in a morally corrupt socioty or by morally corrupt _people_ will corrupt absolutely
If the landlord doesn’t understand that if he does badly God will hold him accountable, which God does by the way, like taking away certain things, increasing your internal suffering, making you lose opportunities or your livelihood, suffering a tragedy; if a landlord doesn’t understand that those may or may not be the consenquences, and he has no fear of God. He can do great with evil and hurt people unwittingly.
We need a system that holds people accountable

Wait do I think they _want_ to? I think they have absolute power and are corrupted by immorality
And also they have no fear of moral consenquences that’s what I think.
Also Sam I’m not talking about being fair and necessity I’m talking about doing things that are diametrically apposed to morality and actions that are done cus or absolute power
And another question is if you don’t “want” to why do you do it

So what’s the reason their being evicted from their apartment besides for not paying their rent when due?

Maybe they are not keeping their contract of being quiet or no pets allowed etc…..

But there’s definitely a reason why their being evicted and not just for no reason at all.

Unless the landlord is selling the property and it needs to be empty to sell so he has no choice but I’m sure will evict them in a nice way and maybe even help them find a different place to live.

good idea. You can usually find out through internet search who lived in an apartment (if they were renting legally there. if they were not – maybe you should not be there illegally also). So, find their names and contact them for a reference.

None2.0 says we are not talking about nonpayment. A previous thread they created says we might be.
