so here is the question are cufflinks in style in the Jewish world and or in the general world?
who cares it is not medeorisa
Back in the days before Covid 19 decimated the travel industry I used to travel to HK. I had a tailor there that made me shirts for a nice low price. Every shirt I made, be it white or colored, had place for cufflinks. Some also had attached buttons in the holes meant for cufflinks. However I always wore cufflinks. It adds a certain panache to otherwise drab weekday clothing edited
Not for girls
Since when does frum attire have any concern for style? It should not, and generally does not.
Huju, “frum” attire is all about style.
I stopped wearing them on a regular basis when they started making attorneys (as well as all other non-judges) go through the metal detectors a t the CT courthouses. It’s enough to have to remove belts and wristwatches, removing and replacing cufflinks was just an annoyance to be avoided.
The only time I currently wear cufflinks is at Black or White tie events, and since Covid I have attended none.
