    Avram: A feeding tube being removed is certainly not Retzicha. I don’t think it’s even Gram Retzicha. How can it be?

    dovr: Actually, it says the best of doctors go to Gehinnom, with the classical explanation (maybe even Rashi there) being that they think it’s them saving the lives and not Hashem.
