It says, and I quote “Because it is a separate section of Shachris with a purpose all its own, P’sukei D’zimrah is introduced with a blessing (baruch shaamar) and concluded with a blessing (yishtabach)… Accordingly, the verses of hodu should properly follow baruch shaamar, as they indeed do in Nusach Ashkenaz.”
They created the world’s first self-loathing siddur.

Nusach Ashkenaz considered Hodu as part of the Zimra as part of Hodu is from tehilim. Instead of just posting, why don’t you look this up?

Myself, and 90% of CR posters, are well aware of why baruch shamar falls where it does in the various nusachs. What I was pointing out, is that Artscroll actually put in the work to print a siddur, which, in its own commentary, calls itself less correct than the alternative.

Also, their tachanun in nusach Sphard is 100% identical to Ashkenaz. Do any nusach Sphard users actually daven that way?
