google drive vs dropbox.
what are the pro’s and con’s of each? i currently use dropbox and its great. any reason to try google drive besides for the extra free storage?
Gdrive is fully integrrated with your Google Account, Gmail, GDocs, etc.
it says its replacing gdocs. so if i open an attachment from gmail it will automatically get saved in drive? or does it have to be downloaded to the drive folder like i do for dropbox anyways.
Don’t use either. It gives way too many people unlimited access to anything you use it for, ever. You don’t want your whole life in the hands of people. And while people trust Google now (at least, trust them to only care to make themselves money and not mess people up), you never know who will get that info later.
Sam: How can you use any e-mail provider? The same issue you identified applies. Most people have very private stuff in their e-mails hosted at Gmail, Yahoo or Microsoft.

has anyone tried google drive?
