There was at least one attempted child abduction in Borough Park yesterday of a 10-year-old-girl and possibly another attempted abduction today of a 9-year-old-girl.
Please keep an eye on your kids!
there was a bucharian man- or at least thats what he claimed to be!- who stopped a teenager in the low forties near fort hamilton and eventhogh he didnt grab her, he tried luring her to join him.
she said he looked jewish but he drove off right after and she x get down his info.

ahh this is petrifiying.. a not one hundred percent man who lives on my block once tried kidnapping me and a frend and im scared of walking down my block now!! but after my block im ttly fine.. btw my parents called the police and filed an attempted abduction cuz in case he ever kidnaps for real itll help bring him in..
Just wait until you get to Israel. I have been in situations walking around bayit vegan on shabbos and arabs would try to lure me in their taxis. Thank G-d for keeping shabbos!

what dus keeping shabbs havta do w anything? sounds rlly traumatizing!! run the other way and scream!! my reaction was weird.. i was like im rlly busy gotta run and me and my frend RAN!! but we x scream.. natural reaction..
I was in the middle of crossing the street at a major intersectino, so I had to scream loud enough so that the taxi driver would go away (like he did) and I was not going to run in the opposite direction because I could have died.
If I would have considered that traumatizing, then I would not be here today because I have had plenty of worse moments in my life than that. Even now I am going through a rough time, and I am having major insomniac issues because of that.
If I considered that scary, then I would not be here.
welll i consider a lot of stuff scary!! roaches, mice, bears, scary ppl.. ya kno!! ohhhi 4get to mention my absolute fav!! DOGS!!! grossss….. eww… and snowbunny i have no doubts that if i were in that same situation i wud have ran into the street, busy intersection or not.. its flight mode!!! or i wuda just yelled at the guy then burst into tears and call 911.. jus my lovely instinct!!
i had a couple of situations in the past where if there was a scary dog coming, i wud run into the street even if it was busy.. but right next 2 where the cars r parked.. i was nevr run over.. yet!!
