this is the story
it happened to my family
names (changed):
my son: Noson
his wife: Marna
her mother: Liba
background: ist baby 4 yrs ago. on the way to the hospital (labor was very early) they managed to get a Brocha for the delivery from the Baba Salis grandson, i always have trouble remembering his last name but his first name is Dovid. there were serious complications but B”H everything ended up okay.
next baby: smooth.
third baby: marna went into labor 2 weeks ago, again, the baby was in serious distress. they were told she would need a c-section, very soon. noson was wishing they had been able to get a brocha from Rav Dovid, as they did the first time.
a few minutes later liba gets a call from her son, (marnas brother) who is learning in Eretz Yisroel. turns out he had a few minutes and thought he would call. where was he? waiting in line to get a Brocha from Rav Dovid, the Baba Salis same grandson! liba asked him to please get a Brocha for marna, which he did.
end of story, no c-section.

As I said in aother posting, I do believe in a rebbe”s brocho and jeshuo!
berlin believes in the rebbe’s brocho and yeshuo, but does NOT believe in the very same rebbe’s daas torah!
he’ll TAKE the brocho, but will refuse, if he doesn’t like it, the rebbe’s instructions.
Rabbi David Abuhazeira of Nahariya is mamish a tzadik who [unlike other famly members of his] dos not “work” for money.
Power to that woman for being strong and also not rushing into a c-section. Sometimes, the Dr. will prematurely order a c-section, which can be prevented if they were just patient with the patient (corny, hehehe couldn’t help myself).
i said it acerbly, but intended it questioningly.
