Try Rav Sasson Gellerman’s Yeshiva in Lakewood. Excellent boys, a geshmake, friendly ruach, but not a pressured place. You have to be decent in learning (not brilliant, but some of the olam is very bright) to get in, though.
good boys What are you calling “good”? Do you mean smart? Do you mean masmidim? Do you mean don’t smoke? Don’t use illegal drugs? Don’t spend the whole night in casinos?
not pressured Do you mean don’t learn outside of seder? Do you mean don’t learn in seder? Do you mean don’t have night seder?
I know of a wonderful Bais Medrash, and it meets all of your standards. The Rosh Yeshiva’s name is Rabbi Grubner. He is wonderful. Its a chilled place with great guys.
