Had to laugh at this one. But seriously, the proper tefillah is:
יהי רצון מלפניך אאו”א שכשם שנושרים שערותיי, כן ינשרו ממני כל עוונותי.

I think one should say שלא אהיה כקרח ועדתו

Besides railing kanau’us i actually do have a sense of humor

    Teiku!

It is such a sod that Eliahu did not even teach the proper kavanos to Elisha, leading to untimely death of several union thugs in Yericho.

The question can be taken in a more serious vein. After all, even though balding is not a debilitating condition, it still is not desirous for most people. As such, a proper response would be to encourage one troubled by his balding to recognize that Hashem makes people bald for a reason, and it is probably something to thank Hashem for rather than resent Him for

Be very careful since HKB”H does not want you making a bracha lvatalla. Chazal bring down that those who are follically challenged have an easier time learning since there is less vegetation limiting the flow of divrei torah into their heads.

Nope. But maybe you weren’t careful enough with your Kavanos when you begged Hashem “כלה שעיר וחותנו”.

I will explain mobico’s sense of humor. In the selichos ‘ישראל נושע בה is mentioned the above passage which refers to the sair, goat, Eisov and chosno, his father-in-law, Yishmoel should be destroyed. Sair also means hair being destroyed.

Get a shorter haircut and you will look more manly. Be aware there is a discussion in halacha how short you allowed to go. Ask your Docor what he thinks, depending on your age and lifestyle it could be a symptom of testosterone or vitamin D deficiency. Happy balding!

The bracha for safe travel will reduce the balding of tires.

    > bracha for safe travel will reduce the balding of tires.

probably only if you checked the pressure before travel and drove carefully. I doubt that bracha absolves of personal responsibility.

    Stop using head and shoulders

@rightwriter forget head and shoulders. The whole shampoo industry is a scam. Shampoo is unnecessary and eats away at the follicles. By the way, you could use most popular soaps and bodywashes as a substitute for detergent. I haven’t washed my head with shampoo in three years.

You know more than me so I’m not arguing just asking but isn’t עשו called שעיר because of his marriage into them and that he got הר שעיר (and also because he was hairy)?

The whole shampoo industry is a scam.

    That’s why it’s called “sham”.

“The whole shampoo industry is a scam..”

Not if you carefully followed the instructions on the shampoo bottle.
    1. Wash
    2. Shampoo
    3. Rinse
    4. Repeat
You need to follow ALL 4 steps, and most stop after no. 3

Don’t you have better things to pray for, such as health wealth and children without worrying about how much hair you have on your head/

The Binah Leitim darush 41, explains that hair protects against the wetness in the brain through which wisdom emanates.
