July 12, 2011 3:33 am at 3:33 am #784746kapustaParticipantSet up “off” times. Between certain times, have someone else hold it or turn it off completely. After a week or two do that twice a day etc.

If you are smart – then that should be enough to encourage you to turn it off when your eating supper or spending time together.
