Where’s Bob Grant when we need him?

No one in the media these days has the courage to call the thugs rioting, looting and burning down buildings what they are.

There are plenty in today’s media that call it as it is. Mark Levine, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Ben Shaprio and locally, there’s Mark Simone, amongst others, all speak out with the truth.

Frumguy: The hosts you cited may be good but, honestly, none of them are on the level of Bob Grant. Rush is excellent, and may the RBS”O grant him a refuah shelaimo, and like Bob is an Oheiv Yisroel.

But Rush is a completely different cup of tea and style than Bob. He excels in different ways and is very helpful, maybe even more helpful, to America. But Bob had his niche and no one has yet filled his big shoes.

I still remember when he was forced off the airwaves. Jay Diamond got his slot and Sean Hannity got Jay’s. Jay has since moved on and Sean is nationally syndicated so I wouldn’t exactly say that we’re “orphans” .

Michael savage had the President on yesterday. No one in radio is as consistent as he is on conservative ideas. He backed Trump before the other GOP RINO hacks came around to support Trump.

Bob Grant referred to New York City’s African-American mayor, David Dinkins, as a “washroom attendant.” Is that what we need?

As for Grant’s whereabouts, I believe he died a few years ago.

Dinkins was a horrific mayor. Calling him a washroom attendant was too nice a description. He deserved a much worse name despite it being accurate that he was a former washroom attendant.

Bob Grant…on the radio, can not forget him. Nostalgic.

D Prager and M Medved are very convincing. ..

Joseph: If you think David Dinkins was a lousy mayor, you are free to say so, with or without reasons. If you do not understand what is wrong with calling an African-American mayor a washroom attendant, you are remarkably … uninformed.

@Huju, Bob Grant’s comments were mild compared to the racist anti white drivel I use to hear on WBAI

Huju: I have no memories of David Dinkins and therefore cannot comment on the kind of mayor he was or wasn’t. However: If someone was, in fact, a washroom attendant, is it so terrible to refer to him as such? I grew up enjoying a Miami Boys Choir song where the former President Carter is openly referred to as a “farmer”, and I never saw anything wrong with that. In fact, I still don’t.

I think Mark Levin comes pretty close to Bob Grant. He fiercely and courageously tells it like it is.

Where’s R’ Yisrael Salanter when we need him?

Rav Yisroel Salanter would have very strong critical words for a sheigetz anti-Semite like Dinkins, who literally has Jewish blood on his hands.

Calling him a washroom attendant would’ve been too nice a description.

I’m not the only one here that listens to WBAI?

We do not need the late great Bob Grant for the word thugs. Both Trump and Obama have used it. In the media, Laura Hollis has some pointed articles on the topic. Bob Grant was good only needed if you couldn’t read. Coffee Room posters are literate. (I am disagreeing with Health on this last one.)

To commonsichle: I listened to WBAI for about 5 minutes. I think the “B” stood for “boring” and the “I” for ignorant. The “A” … never mind.

To Goldilocks: I made no comment on David Dinkins’ performance as mayor. And if you don’t know the difference between calling an African American mayor a washroom attendant and calling a former farmer a farmer, you should attend the sensitivity class with Joseph.

Huju: I give that class. I’ve put you down for the next session.

Huju: If you want to give such a class, I am willing to attend.
Can you start the class by explaining the difference between calling a former washroom attendant a washroom attendant and calling a former farmer a farmer?
