How about some volunteering? Or give a family some respite and take out their special needs child? Do something for yourself – learn something or go to a shuir?

go visit in a nursing home… there are people there that don’t get visitors often 🙁

when I was able to walk further, I used to go with a couple of my children on Purim day… it was really a bring-up on both sides 🙂

Move to Israel. You won’t be sitting around bored on Sunday, because it’s a regular work day (as it should be).

Boy, stickynote, you sure are hard to please! How abt playing a game? I know it’s terribly old fashioned but you don’t seem to be willing to do the other stuff…

Why can’t you leave all the posting for Sundays?

Deiyezooger: Thanks but I’m not a cleaning lady.

Zeeskite: I generally do post on Sundays.

Observanteen: How long can you play a game? 1 hour 2 hours tops..

Mamashtakah: I was in Israel at some point. I agree over there I was NOT bored. My circumstances and responsibilities don’t allow me to be there right now.

cshapiro: Vacations are just a temporary solution. Enjoy it for a couple of days but when you come back feel like you never went( I just came back from one so I know what I am talking about..)

But thanks for your ideas. I’m not knocking them..just being practical.

I cannot believe what I am hearing. Behind Shabbos, Sunday is my most enjoayable day. Here in the NYC area we had fantastic weather, and I spent almost all day outdoors.

I saw people rollerblading, cycling, walking, pushing their kids / nephews/nieces on swings.

On a day like yesterday, there was no reason to stay in doors. And pesach cleaning? That starts AFTER purim, not before.

Find someone to get outside with and GO!
