Does anyone know of any apartments for rent in bp or kensington? I am looking for a one bedroom (or two) and do not want to pay more then 1200. Is this possible!?
March 25, 2011 2:39 am at 2:39 am #752787☕️coffee addictParticipantwhile were on topic of house renting,

March 25, 2011 2:56 am at 2:56 am #752790metrodriverMemberBluma; The caption on your thread (there is a P’shat on “Tread, too. As in the “Tread” of a tire.) should have been “Apartment Rental”. It’s a bit misleading. It might give one the impression that you are discussing the border/s of Boro Park/Kensington. A thread on that subject has been running a few months back. Anyway. On the subject of renting an apartment, I can only advise you to look in the daily and weekly newspapers in both, Yiddish and English. Or, look up an apartment rental agency. For a fee, (Everyone I know charges a fee for their service. The only one who doesn’t is me.) they will find you an apartment that’s within your range.

March 27, 2011 7:46 am at 7:46 am #752804yossi z.MemberIs anyone here being realistic with their price ranges? From what I hear of what is going on in real estate, 12-1500 is really not very high at all. Then again I could be wrong as I am not (yet) looking for living accommodations.
😀 Zuberman! 😀
March 27, 2011 2:57 pm at 2:57 pm #752806☕️coffee addictParticipantIt’s possible to find an apt for that price yossi
