Every Jew is responsible for each other. That means stopping your fellow Jew from sinning, be it Tzinius or otherwise.

We are all tigether in a boat. The Midrash explains that when one bores a hole under his seat. he effects everyone in the boat.

Kayaking in Loch Sheldrake. We learn from this weeks parsha that Noach was a Tzaddik in his dor. One pshat is that he was only a tzaddik compared to the resho’im that surrounded him. We learn from here that even if one is surrounded by aveiros, they have an achrayus to try and be a great tzaddik.

Totally agree, even if everyone in the boat is wearing a PFD. However, there are exceptions when bowling (boating??) in Kiamesha Lake (the topic of this thread) since boring 3 holes in the ball is generally a prerequisite to success in rolling the ball down the lane (Lake??) and knocking over the pins. I understand the mashal to a boat but not sure how it applies to the matter at hand.

Gadol, it applies: drilling itself is not an aveira. Depends what you are drilling in.
