I was in Mendelsohns last night (wanted to make the bracha you say on seeing k’yotzei mitzrayim–i saw k’yotzei mitzrayim acting just like they were yotzei mitzrayim), and there was a sign about the bracha that some retard hung up.
And it said, that the bracha on pizza that is made with oil and eggs is mezonos.
Now, is any pizza made with oil and eggs? No, it is not. It is made with probably a tablespoon and half of oil per cup of water. And no eggs.
But challa IS made with oil and eggs. So I would hope this retard makes mezonos on challa like sefardim do.

Normally pizza does not contain eggs, but eggs can be used to make the dough ready quicker. Maybe they were using eggs last night.
I still don’t see what difference eggs would make that the toppings wouldn’t

Have you learned the sugya? You seem to be conflating two different ways of getting to mezonos.
Someone should write a halacha sefer on mezonos and call it “Getting to Mezonos.”
