Try finding a “metaverse” platform where such sales could be implemented. At least Facebook will believe it is for real.

Given how fast Russians are burning literal and figurative bridges, I would not invest in one going to an island with Russian speaking population (are they still on Brighton Beach or did it “gentrified”?).
