October 28, 2009 9:22 pm at 9:22 pm #664228JotharMemberOrchos tzadikim recommends focusing on the good Hashem has given you. As a practical matter, he recommends setting aside some time every day to focus on the fact that Hashem loves you (and you love Hashem), and singing soulful tunes which increase your dveykus to Hashem.

October 29, 2009 2:57 am at 2:57 am #664231hudMemberFall is beautiful…I miss the chilly weather and the crunchy autumn leaves. Go put on a jacket and jump into a pile of red and orange leaves 4 me!
Take e/o outside and have a leaf-throwing fight.
Wear mittens instead of gloves.
Get a pair of green, furry earmuffs.
Prepare hot cocoa for afterwards.
Hang out w/ friends and fam.
Enjoy life!
