Do Bubba Miesahs have some truth to it??
Example when your ears get red does it really mean someone is talking about you??!?
I thought its when you hiccup that someone is talking about you.

are bubbes known for making things up?? i find that very insulting. we should call them kinder maysehs!!!

it’s true coming from a real source. and for the record, bubbies,don’t get insulted,some bubbies out there wanted to tell their kids meisah’s so their kids came back to their parents to said “bubby told me a meisah” and it became a bubba meisah.
They are old wives’ tales. They might be based in truth, or not.
i heard that should hold havdalah candle very high in order to get a tall husband; i davka never did, but got super-tall husband anyways.
I held the havdalah candle very high. My hubby is 5’7″.
And mine is 6 feet tall! So how would anyone really know? And I am 5 foot 3.
