Last year my Verizon service was very spotty Upstate.

Did anybody have good experience with cell phone service Upstate recently? Which one works best?

I heard Verizon is very good upstate. Last year AT&T worked well.

I did not have a good experience with Verizon. That’s why I am asking. Is ATT better?

Instead of direct call that requires good connection, use voice messages such as WhatsApp

We had a situation some years ago where someone got lost in the winter without cell phone connection and froze to death.

Stick to places such as Albany and Buffalo. I’m sure they have excellent cell phone and broadband service. Rural areas throughout America often have a problem with connectivity.

RebE > Someone got lost in the winter without cell phone connection

Many years ago, I observed thousands, even millions, of people roaming around NYC without cell phone connection, totally lost – some wandered around and, ironically, even talked to each other – as if one lost person can help another lost person! Kids think I am exaggerating as usual.. If you also saw that, please confirm.
