How about a game loosely modeled after a mix of Charades, Trivial Pursuit, and “What’s My Line”?
The subjects/answers could be Chanuka based or expanded to other Yom Tov or Jewish historical facts.
A person would be awarded from 8 to 1 points for a correct answer, depending on how many hints were needed.
A winner would be declared after a contestant got 100 points.
The game can be “fixed” as it progresses to keep it competetive and interesting.
Prizes can be left to your imagination and budget.
Prep on your part would be preparing questions, clues, learning details about the chashmonoim (and their adversaries), coming up with good charades and so forth.
